The HBS Association of Boston invites you join HBS Professor David Edelman on Thursday, January 19th on the HBS Campus to discuss The Future of AI and the Customer Experience

HBS alumni may be grappling with should they use AI, how to incorporate AI, is the effort and risk worth it, what’s the pay off, what’s the risk of waiting and seeing, how will the organization become data literate and data driven.   The article focuses on embedding AI in the customer experience and how doing this gives challenger brands a leverage point to win against entrenched brands.

This discussion is drawn from new material for a course Professor Edelman is building for HBS based on his recent HBR article: Customer Experience in the Age of AI
