DESCRIPTION:Most business-focused discussions of digital technologies ignore the reality that is unfolding unaddressed in most organizations: The transformation of both the core attributes of work (e.g.\, more thought-driven than muscle-powered) and organizational structures (e.g.\, distributed over time and space). Such changes are profoundly altering how we lead.
