Leading Alignment

Aligning and Engaging Key Stakeholders

December 14, 2023 | 12 PM to 1 PM

Effective leadership requires an understanding of the fundamental elements of alignment and strategies to develop shared understanding, increase trust, and expand power. Bringing stakeholders together is a first step, but alignment is needed so that they walk away – or Zoom away – with a collective commitment to action. In this interactive webinar with Alanna Kaplan Muñoz, Principal of Metaplan, you will have the opportunity to apply key principles to real-life work scenarios.

About HBSAB

2023 marks the 100th year anniversary of HBSAB, the second-largest HBS Alumni Association in the world. We reach over 13,000 individuals, of which about 6,300 are HBS graduates in the Greater Boston area. We are planning a series of exciting events and activities to celebrate this marquee year, starting with unveiling this new homepage.

Help us plan future HBSAB Events!

If you have ideas for events, large or small, please share your thoughts with us. You do not have to have all the details at the outset - we will be happy to work with you if the idea will be of interest to our members, alumni and our broader community of followers.
